我們的目標－擴大慈悲的足跡

本會為依法設立、非以營利為目的之社會團體。其宗旨以動物權（Animal Rights）動物福利（Animal Welfare）為基礎，秉持平等、多元、共生互依、互為主體理念致力於推動動物平權教育，透過人道關懷喚醒社會大眾同情共感能力，實踐人與動物和諧關係，進而激發人們以實際行動成為動物與大自然守護者。

本會之任務如下：
1、推動動物平權教育。
2、推動動物權、動物福利相關議題與修法工作。
3、關懷弱勢家庭中動物與兒童處境，提升動物與兒童之福祉。
4、推動人與動物互為主體和諧關係。
5、培力社會大眾成為動物守護者。
6、激發多元領域之藝術、人文、音樂等創作，為動物發聲。
7、推動動物平權工作之國際交流。

Taiwan Animal Equality Association (TAEA) is a social group founded for non-profit objectives and in full compliance with the law. Based on animal rights and animal welfare, TAEA upholds equality, diversity, interdependence and intersubjectivity to promote education on animal equality, to awaken empathy in public on animal issues and humane concerns, to put into practice the harmonious relationships between humans and animals, and to inspire people to take part as guardians of animals and nature.

The tasks of TAEA:
1. Promote education on animal equality
2. Promote animal rights and animal welfare related issues and law amendments
3. Care for the animals and children of underprivileged families and associated welfare promotion
4. Promote harmonious intersubjectivity relationships between humans and animals
5. Empower the public to become guardians of animals
6. Encourage creative works in art and music to speak out for animals
7. Promote global network on animal equality works
